Thank you for your interest in private photography and videography accreditation at Wellington International. The application window for the 2026 Adequan® Global Dressage Festival will open in July 2025. Applications will close on October 1.

Liability Requirements

All private photographers and videographers will be required to indemnify Wellington International and its affiliates for liability, as well as carry and keep liability insurance with combined limits of liability for personal injury (including death) and property damage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. A certificate of insurance with Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC (14440 Pierson Road, Wellington, FL, 33414) named as additionally insured is required from each business and/or individual.
